An object with items (the fields below), next (the next page, or null) and sources (whom to credit).

Field	Type	What it is
`code`	string	The gauge's code, for /rivers/{code}/readings
`name`	string	The gauge's name
`agency`	string or null	PAGASA or MMDA
`river`	string or null	The river it is on
`alert_m`	number or null	Alert level, metres
`alarm_m`	number or null	Alarm level, metres
`critical_m`	number or null	Critical level, metres
`used_by_flood_rules`	true or false	False for a gauge whose levels Tubig leaves out (a dam, or mismatched levels)
